Please read the below information before Signing Up:-


You can Send Money Online from your PC/Laptop/Tablet/IPAD/Smart Phone, from our new Website/APP. Please follow the guideline below to avoid any inconvenience:


  • You need to sign up to update your account for the new version and upload your document on: anexpress.com
  • Once you sign up and upload all your required documents on the above website, we will transfer your current balance to the new account (if applicable), and you can use as normal.
  • You will need a valid Mobile number and E-Mail address to receive the SMS and E-Mail security verification code for the new version. Please do not share your log in details, your mobile and your E-Mail with any other person. It will be a security breach. Also this is the requirement under the new regulation to protect your data and funds. We are proud to say that we are among the few FCA regulated banks and Authorised Payment Institution to provide you this level of security and safeguarding of your data and funds.                   
  • You can transfer the funds to our bank account by online bank transfer from your own personal bank account only. Please do not transfer money from any business account or from any other person bank account or debit/credit card, because we will not accept the funds and you will need to re-call the funds through your bank, this may take longer to receive.


  • Please save the original scan copy of the following documents on your above devices as you will need to upload them online when you sign up on our new website for the upgrade to new version on: anexpress.com
  • (A).      Your original valid Passport copy, or Photo National ID Card or Photo Driving License and (valid VISA/Resident Permit if applicable). Please always upload back and front of any card if applicable.
  • (B).      Your proof of address dated within last 3 months: Gas/Electricity/Telephone Bill or Council Tax bill, Bank Statement or Driving License.
  • (C).      Your personal Bank Statement of the account you will use to transfer the funds to our bank account. We need this to verify where the money is coming from to our bank account and to be compliant according the money laundering regulations.
  • (D)       We may also ask you for the evidence of the source of funds, income, pay slips etc when applicable and you will need to upload them from your new online portal.

  • We just would like to say THANK YOU to you for upgrading to this new version, and we would appreciate if you complete Customer Feedback form to give us your valuable feedback where we need to improve our service. We will reverse the fees of your first transaction if below £500 to your Online Account Balance and therefore YOUR FIRST TRANSACTION WILL BE FREE.
